Traditional Chinese Medicine in a national university is unlikely to be materialized, because National Medical Centre (NMC) will just stay as it is, an old, ageing, run-down institution that's best left it is. NMC doesn't have any money nor political strength.
It's nothing more than a wish, since NMC isn't going to be rebuilt. There's no way TCM college will be built within NMC, because it doesn't have money and power. No space either. Too bad...
