심하지 않은 우울증에서는 SSRI 사용이 placebo와 비교해서 도움이 되지 않는다고 JAMA에 발표되었습니다. 그리고 항우울제의 사용이 종류에 관계없이 자살 위험을 높일 수 있으므로 주의가 필요하다고 합니다. 항우울제를 사용하는 분들은 f/u을 자주 하고 자살의 위험을 반복평가해야 합니다. 항우울제 사용하다가 f/u loss 된 분들이 어떻게 지내고 있는지 확인이 필요합니다.
