중앙대학교병원(원장 김성덕) 외과 서석원 교수가 지난 11월 16일, 미국 샌프란시스코에서 열린 2015년 제6회 미국간학회(AASLD, American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases) 학술대회에서 '기초 의학 젊은 연구자상(Basic Science Young Investigator Award)'을 수상했다.
서석원 교수는 이번 학술대회에서 ‘간세포암 세포주(cell line)에서 메트포르민과 면역억제제 병합요법의 항종양 시너지 효과(Synergistic anticancer effect of metformin in combination with immunosuppressant on hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines)’라는 제목의 연구논문을 발표, 우수성을 인정받았다. |
